OPAL is an outsourcing company specialising in the financial services market. OPAL had a strong brand presence in the financial adviser press (‘pinks’) – but wasn’t convinced that its PR campaign was reaching its target buyers of financial services providers, not IFAs.

Our PR campaign has positioned OPAL as a leading outsourcing company, focusing on the outsourcing media and the financial services press. Since our appointment, OPAL has featured in the FT, has a regular blog on www.sourcingfocus.com and has been nominated for industry awards. We’ve also rewritten the company’s corporate website copy from start to finish to ensure that the message is clearly presented.
